Introduction

Andrea Wooles is a Certified Organizational Coach, and a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF). As such, she abides by the ICF Code of Ethics including professional conduct, scope of practice, and confidentiality.

Andrea has been working in Olympic and Paralympic sport for nearly 20 years as a scientist and a manager. While she has primarily worked in cycling, she has consulted with various other sports. She has worked within two National Teams and multiple sports institutes during times of growth and rapid change, and has experience with systems at the provincial, national, and international level.

Coaching is way for Andrea to bring her perspective from these experiences to people within and outside of sport, as many of the lessons learned in sport apply directly to the corporate world and vice versa.
