We all get stuck sometimes. Can’t sleep because something keeps looping around in your head? Stop losing sleep — a coaching conversation can help get you unstuck. These sessions can be about any topic, not just sports-related issues. Often, a single session is enough to unstick you.
“Who am I outside of sport?”
When sport is your whole world, anything that stops you from training or competing can make you feel lost. Injuries, illnesses, pandemics — they can last days, weeks, months, or even years. Knowing yourself, your strengths and values, and your support network can give you a map and GPS. You might not be where you want to be, but at least you’ll know where you are and where to aim at next.
“What career should I prepare for after sport?”
Not sure what you want to do with your life, other than compete? Explore your interests, strengths, and decision-making process to help you find clarity.
Transitions into and out of sport
Any time your main focus changes, your identity shifts with it. Whether you’re becoming a full-time athlete or ending your sports career, the transition can be hard. Coaching before, during, and after the transition can help you stay grounded and make the experience a positive one.
Explore areas of your life that may be impacting your sport performance, and identify solutions that you are motivated to implement. Why do these things matter? How will you measure the impact? How will you hold yourself accountable? How will you feel when you make the changes?
You can tackle any topic or issue that you’d like to work on – the ideas listed here are just that, ideas. Even if you’re not exactly sure what you’d like to work on, you can book a free 30-minute discovery call and we can explore possible topics together with no obligation to follow up.

As the personality fit of the coach and client is so important to reaching a successful outcome, an initial 30-minute free “chemistry conversation” is offered. We’ll talk about what coaching is, what it’s not, consent and confidentiality, and explore possible topics for coaching. There is no obligation to book further sessions.
